Welcome

This repository contains the bioinformatics pipeline developed during my undergraduate thesis focused on the body wall microbiota of Deroceras laeve.

It organizes computational workflows, analytical scripts, and selected outputs generated throughout the project.

Pipeline Scope

  • Sequence preprocessing and quality control
  • Taxonomic profiling of microbial communities
  • Functional annotation and KEGG-based exploration
  • Statistical analyses in R
  • Reproducible visualizations and figures

Project Purpose

This resource was created to document the thesis workflow.

Academic Context
